Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Cleaner Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations within private residences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role involves supervising and helping cleaning teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to lead a team while delivering exceptional cleaning services tailored to our clients’ needs. This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. This position is a DAYTIME position for residential cleanings from Monday through Friday. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY!
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of residential cleaners to ensure quality service delivery
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to meet company standards
- Conduct quality checks on completed work, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, laundry, and floor care
- Maintain supplies inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations during all operations
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Strong background in floor care, sanitation, and general custodial duties
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
