We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. This full-time position plays a critical role in our operation, supporting the sales team by creating estimates for a wide range of printing services, apparel decoration, and promotional items. This role works closely with clients to understand what they are trying to accomplish, guide them toward the right solutions, and help ensure each project achieves the desired outcome. This role requires someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently by phone and email, and works proactively to move projects forward. This position will also work directly with customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather all the essential project details, including specifications, quantities, timelines, and customer information.
- Develop product pricing for a wide range of printing services, including offset, digital, promotional items, apparel, large format, signage, mailers, shipping, and freight.
- Work closely with the production team to understand project requirements, production schedules, timelines, and pricing.
- Utilize internal project management software to enter and manage projects, including assigning tasks across various departments.
- Leverage your research skills to identify cost-effective solutions using our internal tools and databases.
- Develop accurate cost estimates that meet customer needs and adhere to company standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, customers, and vendors regarding job specs, costs, and production methods.
- Analyze project requirements, work within budgets, and perform calculations with precision.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve our estimation processes and tools.
- Maintain pricing worksheets for customers.
- Analyze existing pricing for consistency and competitiveness.
- Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Handle other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in math and financial calculations.
- Strong computer skills with experience using multiple software programs, including spreadsheets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
- Positive attitude and energy when working with customers.
- A passion for problem-solving and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus!
Hours: Full-Time 8:30 am to 5 pm. Monday -Friday (Part-Time NOT available for this position.)
Must be able to work in a DRUG & SMOKE-FREE working environment.
Must be able to pass a drug test using 2020 guidelines.
