We are looking for an experienced Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Handyman for a full time position to conduct general maintenance and handyman work at a commercial property in Gilbert. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Hourly rate is $20 to $35 per hour depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have multiple skill sets such as:
✬✬ General maintenance work.
✬✬ General plumbing repair and installation.
✬✬ General electrical troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
✬✬ Framing of wall with metal or wood studs, drywall, tape, and compound.
✬✬ Painting and patching of walls.
✬✬ Roof repair/patch to prevent or fix leaks.
✬✬ Preventative maintenance of HVAC systems such as filter change and coil cleaning.
✬✬ Landscaping Irrigation system repair, valves and sprinkler heads.
✬✬ Light tree trimming.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be:
1. Dependable, reliable, and responsible.
2. Must have reliable transportation to and from work, preferably a pickup truck.
3. Current driver's license and insurance.
4. Must have references.
5. Must have proper work documents.
6. Must have at least 4 years of maintenance and handyman experience.
7. Bilingual English/Spanish
