Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle check in , check out, reservations, and all guest questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records throughout your shift.
- Support client communication via phone, email, or in-person interactions with excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices
- Demonstrated organizational skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Previous roles such as hotel and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
