Porter / Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Dallas)
We’re hiring a full-time porter/groundskeeper for an upscale apartment community in Dallas. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds, walkways, and common areas
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Manage trash rooms and dumpster areas
- Assist with basic cleaning of interior common areas as needed
- Maintain overall property presentation
Requirements
- Prior porter, groundskeeper, or janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain standards
Schedule
Full-time position. Schedule will be discussed during interview.
