Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences discipline or a bachelor’s degree in education with a focus on post-secondary education.
Three (3) years of leadership experience in an academic medical school environment, specifically supporting simulation and/or standardized patient programs. (Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) certification may be considered in lieu of some experience when accompanied by relevant professional background.)
Demonstrated knowledge of medical simulation technologies, including server-based systems, IP technologies, and interprofessional education (IPE/IPEC) competencies.
Strong time management, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.
