Are you a leader who enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional results? We're looking for someone who leads by example, creates a positive work environment, and takes pride in building a successful crew.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of lawn care crew leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, organized, and committed to quality
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate your crew each day
- Deliver exceptional lawn care services with attention to detail
- Train and develop crew members
- Communicate effectively with management
- Maintain equipment and protect customer property
- Create an efficient, positive, and productive work environment
Lawn Care Crew Members
Whether you already have experience or you're eager to learn, we're looking for people with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow.
Qualifications
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
