About the Role
As a Machine Shop Lead, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing precision machining workflows and fostering a high-performance culture. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing production throughput and ensuring that every component meets rigorous quality benchmarks through effective team leadership and technical oversight.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to quality specifications.

Design and integrate advanced machining workflows to maximize operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Oversee equipment health and coordinate proactive maintenance schedules to ensure peak machine uptime.

Partner with engineering departments to refine tooling strategies and improve overall machining precision.

Champion a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications-
5+ years of hands-on experience in precision machining environments.

At least 2 years of proven success in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Deep technical expertise in machining processes, tooling, and industrial equipment.

Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse technical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
