About the Role
As a Machine Shop Lead, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing precision machining workflows and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities-
Direct daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to quality specifications.

Qualifications-
5+ years of hands-on experience in precision machining environments.

At least 2 years of proven success in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Deep technical expertise in machining processes, tooling, and industrial equipment.

Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse technical teams.
