Job Overview
Located in Arcadia Phoenix on 32ND ST and Indian School RD. Pay is $50 hour before tip. Looking for morning and evening shifts immediately. Big rooms, immersive speakers, and modern design.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology for each patient.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings or med spa environments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Previous experience in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
