Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of maintenance within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all properties are being maintained efficiently, safely, and reliably. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise, and proactive approach to maintenance coordination. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, managing repair procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to maintain optimal facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams, providing clear direction and supervision to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Oversee the repair, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical systems repair.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, updating safety procedures, and training staff on proper maintenance repair procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety compliance documentation.
Skills
- Proven management experience with the ability to supervise diverse facilities maintenance teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Skilled in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical/mechanical schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing facilities maintenance projects
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance procedures including electrical experience with high voltage systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish for team coordination, reporting.
