We are a busy, growing custom printing and e-commerce company looking for a reliable General Warehouse Worker / Production Assistant to support our daily warehouse and production operations.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is hardworking, organized, dependable, and comfortable staying active throughout the day.
Previous heat press experience is preferred and highly valuable. Experience with DTF printing, garment printing, embroidery, or other print production methods is a bonus, but not required. Training will be provided on our specific equipment and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and assisting with heat press production
- Preparing garments and products for pressing and printing
- Assisting with general warehouse and production tasks
- Organizing customer orders and preparing them for production
- Matching products and completed orders to invoices and order sheets
- Cutting, sorting, folding, packing, and labelling printed materials
- Checking completed products for print quality and accuracy
- Packing completed orders for customer pickup or shipping
- Receiving, moving, and organizing stock and deliveries
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
- Keeping warehouse and production areas clean, safe, and organized
- Supporting the production team wherever needed
- Performing general warehouse duties throughout the day

DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, apparel production, fulfilment, warehouse, manufacturing, or print shop experience is a strong bonus, but not required.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on warehouse position where you will be involved in the daily process of preparing, producing, checking, packing, and organizing custom printed orders.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the small details, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
