Long Island University (LIU) seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to support the head coach in all aspects of the LIU Men’s Lacrosse program. This full-time position includes assisting with practice planning, player development, recruitment, and program administration, contributing to a competitive and positive team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree
- High level college coaching and/or playing experience
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance
- Strong computer, verbal and written skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, staff, and administration.
- Valid US Drivers License
