- You will work 50 hours every week, and be paid a competitive salary including overtime year-round. Your salary will be based upon your experience.

What does it take to become a Sales Person for N & S Rentals?
Bilingual – we need for you to be verbally fluent in Spanish and English.
Great customer service skills – we need a person that has good energy and makes the customer feel welcome. You need to be dedicated to building relationships with our awesome customers. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. If you have ever done sales and really enjoyed it, you will excel in this position.
Multi-Tasker – you will be working on the sales counter, answering phones and helping walk in customers with their orders. You need to be organized and have good follow through.
Technology – you need to be able to use the computer for writing sales quotes, invoices and also send emails. We will provide training on our custom software. We use the Microsoft Suite, including Word and Outlook primarily.
Great work ethic and willingness to learn new things – Our company has an extensive line of construction rental equipment and contractor sales items. Having a background and experience in the construction or supply industry would be awesome, but if you don’t, we will train you. We will put the time and effort to train you, but you must be someone that takes the initiative to learn and to always ask questions. This is how you will become an all-star sales person!
Team player – we need someone that can work well with others. When everyone supports each other, the business atmosphere is great and success will happen. We don’t tolerate gossip, backstabbing or negative energy.
