This weekday position (10:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday) is perfect for someone seeking work-life balance while making a real difference. You'll support the residential treatment admissions process by reviewing applications, speaking with prospective residents, coordinating documentation, and helping clients access needed resources.

- Process admissions applications and supporting documentation.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with prospective residents.
- Support the Director of Admissions with follow-ups and documentation reviews.
- Provide admission updates to applicants and referral partners.
- Assist residents with EBT applications and community resources.
- Maintain accurate confidential client records.
- Track admissions, discharges, and follow-ups.
- Participate in provider calls and document updates.
- Represent the organization at occasional community events.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Administrative, customer service, healthcare, behavioral health, or related experience preferred.
