Seeking immediate start date; Level III NICU; 36 beds; may float for an appropriate assignment to a pediatric unit. Must have a minimum of 2 years as a NICU RN and prior travel experience to be considered.
Experience/Qualifications
BSN or higher with active RN license in applicable state.
Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience preferred.
Proficient in NICU clinical procedures and safety protocols.
Ability to monitor and document patient status in EHR with accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to escalate safety concerns promptly.
Competence in medication administration and adherence to physician orders.
Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team; participate in care planning.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
Experience with data analytics or pipelines to track outcomes is a plus.
Availability for on-site contract role with flexible shifts as needed.
