Now Hiring: Barista / Cashier
Join our team at our charming, family-owned Mexican bakery and coffee shop, known for its authentic homemade baked goods—including conchas, pan dulce, and traditional pastries—paired with freshly brewed coffee. Our shop is a neighborhood favorite, loved for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and taste of authentic Mexican culture. Min 10 hours per week, Max 20 Hours per week .
We’re looking for a Barista/Cashier who is:
- Friendly and welcoming
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Great under pressure and multitasking
- Passionate about excellent customer service
- Positive, reliable, and a great team player
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Patient and able to solve problems calmly
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience required
- Cash handling and POS experience preferred
- Must be punctual and dependable
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing coffee and espresso drinks to standard recipes
- Assisting customers with orders and payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Restocking pastries and supplies as needed
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed (such as cleaning, organizing, or supporting other team members)

Compensation: 18 + tips
