Description: The Product & Communication Supervision Department plays a critical role in achieving the Compliance Division's purpose of promoting our client's best interests and decisions by partnering to strengthen our culture of compliance and enable the best experience for all. Insurance Product Supervision Directors are registered with FINRA as designated supervisory principals to enforce firm and regulatory compliance rules and policies for insurance. In this role, you will prevent, detect, and mitigate risk to clients, Branch Teams, and the firm by analyzing insurance transactions, identifying suitability concerns, and evaluating the Branch insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Branch Teams in building a successful and compliant insurance business.

Identify trends and patterns in branch and client insurance transactions to determine if progressive supervision is warranted.

Effectively communicate decisions that have firm and regulatory implications for clients, Financial Advisors, and Branch Teams
- Consultant on insurance purchases and liquidations to ensure compliance with industry regulations, and firm policies for annuities.

Influence and lead discussion regarding insurance business with Branch Teams, Regions, and various stakeholders across the firm.

Represent the firm through direct contact with clients to discuss insurance transactions and confirm understanding of risks and benefits in relation to industry regulation and firm investment philosophy.
Position Requirements:-
Series 7 license required that is currently active and held for a minimum of one year

Series 9, 10, 24, 63 and insurance licenses are required or must be obtained within four months of hire

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
