365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers in the Virginia Beach, VA area for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. Participants will ride and work alongside an experienced driver to learn professional, over‑the‑road operations and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly and are eligible for full benefits.

What you'll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that covers daily driving routines and preparation for solo operation.
- Ride with an experienced driver while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning safe, efficient load management.
- Follow established safety procedures, complete required vehicle and cargo checks, and develop professional habits for over‑the‑road driving.
- Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, dispatcher and customer communication, and on‑the‑road decision making.
- Transition to independent driving once successfully completing the mentor program and demonstrating required competencies.
