About the Role
Angiolillo Management Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our Dunkin’ locations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members and maintaining strong performance across the store.
We are looking for leaders who are organized, accountable, committed to building a consistent and high performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling and execution
- Lead, coach and develop team members and shift leaders
- Maintain Dunkin’ standards for service, cleanliness and food safety
- Manage labor, inventory and cost controls
- Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements
- Support a team culture focused on consistency, accountability and customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in a quick service restaurant or coffee shop leadership role is required including Dunkin’, Starbucks or similar environments
- Prior experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Leader
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage operations in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to support team development and performance
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Growth Opportunity

Pay: $62,400.00 - $83,200.00 per year
