Noble Transitions, LLC is a community-based children and family services agency contracted with the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). We provide trauma-informed, family-centered clinical services designed to support child safety, family stability, and permanency.
Position Overview
Home-Based Therapists deliver clinical and therapeutic services to children and families involved with DCS. Services are provided in natural environments and must meet DCS clinical service standards and applicable professional licensure requirements. This is a field-based independent contractor role with flexible, service-driven scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide home-based therapeutic services in accordance with DCS Service Standards
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with DCS case goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, CPP, MI, family systems, trauma-informed approaches)
- Monitor risk, safety, and family progress throughout service delivery
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment records
- Participate in Child and Family Team Meetings, case conferences, and court-related activities when required
- Collaborate professionally with DCS Family Case Managers, courts, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to professional ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable laws
Required Qualifications
Eligibility is determined by DCS clinical service standards and the specific services authorized.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Indiana professional license or provisional license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or equivalent)
- Ability to meet all DCS background check and clearance requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and technology skills
Additional Contractor Requirements
- Ability to manage clinical services and documentation independently
- Willingness to participate in required clinical supervision or consultation for compliance
- Comfort delivering services in home and community-based settings
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries consistent with independent contractor status
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a field-based, service-driven independent contractor role. Scheduling is flexible and based on service authorizations, contractor availability, and family needs.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
