Allen's Tree Service is seeking experienced Tree Climber(s) to join our growing team.
Starting Pay
$28.00 per hour or higher based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of tree climbing experience
- Ability to perform tree pruning, removals, rigging, and aerial operations safely and efficiently
- Willingness to learn and follow our company procedures and processes
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
License Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must possess at least a Chauffeur's License
- CDL is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation
Responsibilities
- Tree pruning and removals
- Safe operation of chainsaws and climbing equipment
- Rigging and aerial work
- Assisting with crew leadership and job site safety
- Following ANSI standards and company safety policies at all times
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site
