Long John Silver's is looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager ( ARGM) who is ready to grow into a long-term restaurant management career. This role is ideal for entry-level managers, shift leaders, or team leads who want structured training, leadership development, and real opportunities for advancement within the company.
You'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to learn every aspect of running a successful restaurant, with a clear path toward Restaurant General Manager and beyond laid out for your future.

What You'll Learn & Do
- Support the Restaurant General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Learn and follow Long John Silver's brand standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions and concerns
- Help train, coach, and motivate team members
- Assist with building accurate weekly schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Learn proper food storage, handling, and preparation with a strong focus on food safety
- Assist with inventory ordering and daily, weekly, and monthly inventories
- Help control food costs and labor hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as timekeeping, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Learn how to review profit and loss statements with the General Manager
- Maintain training records and follow company uniform standards
- Help support local marketing and sales-building efforts
- Promote a positive, respectful workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience (shift leader, key holder, trainer, or similar) preferred
- Restaurant or food service experience required
- Desire to grow into higher management roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
