Discovery Homes is currently seeking passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our new home sales team in Contra Costa and Solano County, CA. If you’re ready to represent a respected builder, focus on selling and thrive in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a New Home Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to guide buyers through the purchase process, writing offers, presenting them to the seller, and maintaining consistent communication. You'll be the key link between the buyer and the builder while we handle the escrow coordination and marketing efforts.

- Licensed & Available – Must hold an active California Real Estate License and be willing to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Write and Present Offers – Confidently represent buyers and submit offers to the seller.
- Client Communication – Maintain open, proactive communication throughout the buying process.
- Lead Follow-Up – Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and printed materials.
- Networking & Outreach – Actively market both yourself and your community to generate new leads and traffic.
