Job Overview
Seeking an Accounting Manager /Executive assistant for a family office located in Cleveland TX.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QuickBooks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sets of books efficiently. This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling financial records across several entities. Knowledge in Trust accounts is a plus. This role also includes tax preparation responsibilities and special projects as directed by the Owners.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience managing multiple accounts/entities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Trust accounts
- Investment experience/Knowledge
- Willingness to handle multiple projects at a time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
