Overview
Collins Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and industrial flooring systems, including epoxy coatings, polished concrete, urethane concrete, and decorative flooring applications throughout New Jersey and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
● Surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and crack repair
● Installation of epoxy, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems
● Concrete polishing and sealing
● Mixing and applying flooring materials according to manufacturer specifications
● Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
● Working as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Skills
● Previous epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, or construction experience preferred
● Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
● Reliable transportation to our Hammonton headquarters
● Valid driver’s license preferred
● Strong work ethic and attention to detail
● Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the region
