Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Salary: $62,400 to $100,300 annually, based on licensure and experience

Join a collaborative outpatient behavioral health team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
We are hiring both Clinical Trainees and Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapists. If you are working toward independent licensure, we provide free clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to support your career.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient individual, family, couples, and group therapy
- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, families, and community partners
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible scheduling options may be available, including:
- Four 10-hour days
- Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday
- Reduced-hour schedules for qualified candidates
Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Minnesota LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT license, or eligibility to practice as a Clinical Trainee in Minnesota
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- North Dakota behavioral health license or willingness to obtain one (required for some cross-border service delivery)
- Experience or training in DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR
Compensation
Clinical Trainee
- $62,400 to $84,490 annually
Independently Licensed Therapist
- $73,000 to $100,300 annually
