What You'll Do
Respond to water, fire, mold, and property damage emergencies

Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks

Use restoration equipment and technology to monitor drying progress

Document work performed, job progress, and customer information accurately

Communicate professionally with homeowners, businesses, and team members

Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle

Identify problems and help develop practical solutions on the job

Represent Rapid Dry with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to learn new processes, tools, and technology quickly

Good written and verbal communication skills

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Hands-on experience in restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related trade is a plus

IICRC certification is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements
Lift and carry equipment and materials

Climb ladders and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces

Stand, bend, and move throughout the workday

Occasional local and out-of-town travel may be required
