We are a growing home health agency looking for experienced RNs who want consistent volume, efficient scheduling, and strong operational support. We are 100% digital. All documentation and paperwork can be handled through our EMR on you phone.
Compensation
- $40 per skilled nursing visit
- $50 per recertification
- $60 per start of care / resumption of care
Typical weekly earnings:
- 25 visits/week: $1,000
- 30 visits/week: $1,200
- 35+ visits/week: $1,400+

Responsibilities
Registered Nurses (RN) conduct patient assessments and administer treatments as outlined in the care plan. Educate patients and assist with discharge planning. Document patient progress and care in compliance with agency policies and procedures. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide wound care as required. Communicate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. Uphold patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Ohio
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
