Kindergarten Instructional Coach
Program: Sundale Foundation After School Program
Schedule: Part-time (4.5 hours per day)
Position Overview:
The Sundale Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Instructional
Coach to support and inspire junior high students in our after-school program. This role is ideal
for someone who genuinely enjoys working with kindergarten students and can create a
positive, engaging, and structured learning environment that promotes both academic growth
and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate instructional activities for TK and
kindergarten students.
● Foster a fun, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and
confidence
● Be a good team mate willing to help in any area
● Build strong, respectful relationships with students to support their social and emotional
growth
● Collaborate with program staff to align activities with program goals and student needs
● Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve engagement and outcomes
● Maintain a structured yet flexible environment that balances learning and enrichment
Qualifications:
● Must enjoy working with middle kindergarten students
● Strong ability to create an engaging, fun, and effective learning environment
● Excellent communication and classroom management skills
● Experience in education, tutoring, youth development, or a related field preferred
● Ability to motivate and connect with students of diverse backgrounds
● Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
