Duties
- Buss tables efficiently, clearing plates and resetting tables for new guests
- Greet guests warmly, manage order taking with accuracy, and provide friendly in-person customer service
- Support beverage preparation including coffee, cocktails, or non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food handling and meal service
- Maintain excellent communication with team members to coordinate service and guest needs
- Follow phone etiquette standards when taking reservations or answering inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant support, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional guest relations
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, dishwashing, and food safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
