We're looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team at LUMI Dessert Cafe! As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating some of the most delicious desserts and drinks in Asia. Whether you’re preparing treats or engaging with customers, you’ll play a key role in making our café a delightful experience. Full training will be provided, with advancement opportunities and regular raises. You must be 18+ to be eligible.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Efficiently prepare high-quality desserts and drinks
- Engage with customers and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Keep tables, workspace, and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or higher
- Functional English required; bilingual is a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
