Now Hiring: Experienced Line Cook – Nights & Weekends
Littleton Freehouse Taproom & Eatery is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated experienced line cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock food stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, mixing, and creating sauces.
- Cook menu items to order using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other techniques—always following recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Work efficiently under pressure while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Line Cook Requirements:
- Line cook experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is required—this is not a training position.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and stay calm under pressure.
