Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and leadership-minded Account Manager to lead our day-to-day field operations. In this role, you will manage a team of pool service technicians, optimize route efficiency, handle customer communications, and resolve operational issues as they arise. You are the vital link between our field team, our clients, and our management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage, train, and support a team of pool service technicians; perform field quality checks and ensure team adherence to safety standards.
Route & Schedule Optimization: Create, monitor, and adjust daily service routes for maximum efficiency and workload balance using route management software.
Customer Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers, answering inquiries, handling service upgrades, and conducting routine satisfaction check-ins.
Issue Resolution: Promptly address customer complaints, technician field challenges, equipment breakdowns, or billing discrepancies with a solution-oriented mindset.
Quality Assurance & Billing Oversight: Review daily technician service logs and chemical readings; assist with work order approvals and repair estimates.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the pool service industry or a related field management role (landscaping, HVAC, home services).
Prior experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and multi-tasking skills.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Familiarity with pool routing software (e.g., Skimmer, PoolBrain) preferred.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
