Job Overview:
We are seeking entry level heavy equipment operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a learning attitude and prior experience in the construction, forestry, or clearing and grading industries.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain bulldozers and excavators; and potentially mulchers, skid steers, rollers, etc.
- Perform tasks including digging, grading, mulching, and earthmoving
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- 1 year of prior experience in the construction, forestry, clearing and grading industries
- Commercial/CDL driving experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols compliance
