Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Puller/Forklift Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently retrieving, organizing, and preparing products for shipment using various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Will work under direct supervision of the Team Lead/Shipping Supervisor.
· Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn at all times.
· Must follow HACCP, GMP and Safety guidelines (training will be provided).
· Will be able to pass a pallet jack and/or forklift test and safely operate equipment in your assigned area.
· Will be trained in specific job duties as they relate to pulling orders and loading trailers.
· Report all problems and concerns to supervisor.
· Always adhere to GMP guidelines throughout the facility.
· Maintain the integrity of HACCP (Food Safety) plans as it relates to your job function(s).
· Understand and follow safety procedures.
· Work in a team environment with all departments.
· Perform other reasonable job-related duties as requested.
· Always check product for adherence to specification as it relates to your job function.
2.0 Education/Experience
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
· Must be able to read and write clearly in English, bi-lingual a plus.
3.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Bi-lingual a plus.
· Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers
and decimals.
· Reasoning Ability - Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
· Good Organizational Skills- Must be able to prioritize
4.0 Physical Requirements
· Able to stand for extended periods of time (8hrs) repetitive work.
· Able to lift 50 lbs or more
5.0 Equipment/Software Used
· Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
· Pallet Jacks (if licensed)
· Forklifts (if licensed)
· Tractor/Trailers (if licensed), “Yard Dog” (if licensed), or Company vehicle (if approved)
6.0 Work Environment
· Must be willing to work in refrigerated warehouse environment – Cold/Wet 38°F.
· Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as scheduled or needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
