We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Executive to join our vibrant sales team! Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and paralegals in your target market
- Leverage company-provided leads and your existing network to secure in-person meetings and drive sales conversations
- Actively participate in all regional business activities, including sales, marketing, and collections
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver an exceptional experience for attorneys and their clients
- Grow existing accounts across low- and high-volume law firms while consistently acquiring new business
- Drive attorney satisfaction through relationship-building and consultative selling
Experience
- 4 to 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in legal funding, personal injury law, or attorney/paralegal roles
- Strong familiarity with the personal injury industry and/or mid-to-senior level experience in legal funding (highly preferred)
- An established network of personal injury attorneys and/or paralegals with the ability to generate leads (strongly preferred)
- Existing attorney and law firm relationships, plus engagement with attorney associations
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
