Licensed Massage Therapists Wanted for Upscale Spa in Lakeland!
We are seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to join our busy, thriving spa in the Lakeland area. We offer competitive pay, more than other local spas, with no micromanagement. Our spa is known for its inviting atmosphere, high customer demand, and excellent work environment. We welcome new graduates AND Therapists already working in the industry! We offer both part time and full time positions.
Position Requirements:
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Only licensed Massage Therapists should apply.
- **LMT's are 1099 only
Duties:
- Provide high-quality, consecutive massage therapy sessions.
- Tailor each session to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Build a loyal clientele by promoting the health benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Ensure clients have a positive experience with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Maintain a professional and clean therapy room and common areas.
Requirements:
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue (required).
- Knowledge of other modalities such as sports, prenatal, hot stone, and more is a plus.
- Assess client needs and suggest the most suitable treatments based on their goals.
- Provide a relaxing, professional environment where clients feel at ease.
- Record and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer aftercare advice to enhance the benefits of the therapy.
- Adhere to all local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Carry liability insurance.
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
Compensation:
Earn between $1,000 and $1,500 per week!
