Job Title: Full-Time LPN (Day Shift)

Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full-time on the day shift. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care and enjoy working in a supportive, resident-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule:

Full-time, 7am – 7pm

Every other weekend required
Compensation:

Competitive LPN base rate
-
Enhanced weekend supervisor rate paid for every other weekend worked
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes as needed
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care staff to ensure quality care

Support and supervise nursing assistants during shifts

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
-
Active LPN license in good standing
-
Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related setting preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills
-
Ability to work a 12-hour shift and every other weekend
