Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Administer advanced cosmetic services such as lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to tattoo and piercing safety regulations, sanitation standards, and infection control protocols.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote ongoing skin health.
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized consultations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to tattooing, piercing, and cosmetic procedures to ensure client safety at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in performing lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion techniques, hair threading, body waxing, and eyelash extension applications.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with diverse clientele.
- Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for managing medical records and appointment scheduling.
- Knowledge of sales techniques to recommend products or services that meet client needs.
- Up-to-date understanding of tattoo and piercing safety regulations and industry best practices.
