We are currently seeking a General Manager with previous experience in a similar role to lead our team. It is not required, but it is desirable if you have experience in Vegan or plant-based cafes/restaurants/big-chains and worked in high-level leadership roles in other juice bar businesses in the past.
The job will require you to organize daily operations, nurture friendly relationships with customers, and successfully turn the Juice Bar into the new local favorite!
Requirements
- Proven previous work experience as a General Manager in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Financial management skills.
- Available to work full-time, within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial level role.
- Full grasp of FOH and BOH service.
- Hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Coordinate and manage daily front and back of house operations.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Train new employees on proper customer service practices and food/drink preparations.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Control operational costs.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Hiring and onboarding new staff members.
- Ordering Inventory.
- Scheduling shifts in accordance with customer flow labor objectives.
