Join Our Team!
BizX is seeking a highly motivated Member Success Representative to join our Bellevue headquarters team (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT).
This a full-time in-person role that is a frontline, entry-level role built for someone who loves helping people and wants to grow inside a unique, community-driven business. You'll be the first voice a member hears when they need help — answering questions, solving problems, logging requests, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
If you thrive solving problems, connecting people, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, this role is for you. You will:
· Answer inbound calls and emails from member businesses with questions about their accounts
· Help members understand their account balance, statements, payments, fees, and charges
· Resolve gift card issues and help members get back into their accounts when they're locked out
· Log member requests and support issues so everything is tracked and nothing gets lost
· Document and route disputes to the right person for proper handling
· Follow up with members to make sure their issue was actually resolved — not just acknowledged
· Flag account activity that looks off and bring it to the right person's attention
· Help with general account upkeep and basic member requests as they come in
· Connect members who need more hands-on help with the right team member
Who You Are:
- A quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Naturally curious and resourceful; with a knack for problem-solving and connecting the dots
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- A team player who shares knowledge; collaborates openly; and helps others succeed
- Experienced in customer service or sales support; with confidence handling escalations and conflict resolution
- Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly (experience with CRM platforms preferred)
- Excited to help small businesses grow and thrive within a unique, community-driven ecosystem

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
