We are looking for dependable Roofers to join our team. You will need at least 1 year of residential or commercial roofing experience, extra construction experience of any kind is a plus. In this position you will assist in the tear off of old materials, and installation of new roofing materials. You must be able to handle multiple types of roofing and construction components, and be competent in the application of them while utilizing specialized roofing tools to complete daily tasks. A Roofer will be able to manage themselves and multiple other Roofing Laborers competently and without much assistance from supervision. We expect all team members to be attentive to our clients and other workers on jobsites, act professionally while on the job, and clean up thoroughly once the project is complete.

Must determine the kind of tools and equipment required to do a job efficiently.

Must have the skill to control operations of equipment or systems.

Must have the necessary skills to install roofing systems to warranty standards provided by supervision and manufacturers.

Needs the ability to make changes and think on their feet.

Must be able to competently operate equipment and vehicles if licensed to do so.
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs multiple times a day.

Must be able to show up to work on time daily.

Pass a background check and drug test screening.
Valid Driver's License.

Starting wage depends on skills and experience. After 1 year of service average total income ranges between averages $40,000-$65,000/year total income.
