About the Role
We're a content agency looking for a full-time content creator to shoot and help concept content for personal brand clients. This is a hands-on, high-travel role — you'll be on-site with clients regularly, capturing content with both iPhone and professional camera setups, and helping shape the creative direction for each shoot.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations (frequent travel required) to shoot content
- Operate both iPhone and professional camera/audio equipment confidently
- Concept and pitch content ideas tailored to each client's personal brand and audience
- Understand platform-specific content styles (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients on-site to adapt shot lists in real time
- Work with the editing team to ensure footage supports the final content vision
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for personal brands (not just corporate/product content)
- Strong understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram/TikTok — hooks, pacing, trends
- Comfortable shooting run-and-gun style with an iPhone as well as with professional cameras
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (at least 4-7 times per month).
- Strong communication skills — working directly with clients, not just behind a camera

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
