- Ability to work effectively with others
• Works with students effectively; collaboratively works with administrator to achieve program goals; works cooperatively with parents. • Professional experience and knowledge in specialized area.
- Expertise and experience in the selected specialized area to incorporate expertise into classroom instructional objectives.
