Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with unit turns, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required
Schedule & Details:
- Full-time, seasonal position
- Start date: Week of May 11
- Duration: Approximately 3 months
