- Shift Lead: $14.00/hour + average $6.10/hour in tips
- → Average $20.10/hour
(Tip averages are based on recent performance and may vary.)
Shift Lead Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
- Train and develop crew members
- Monitor cash handling and register accuracy
- Maintain high standards for food safety and cleanliness
- Work closely with Store Manager to support daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times
Shift Lead Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
- Commitment to operational excellence and customer service
- Dedicated to team success and restaurant performance
