Hiring Route: Las Vegas, NV
No Experience Class A CDL Truck Drivers: 20
If you’ve finished truck driving school, we’ll train you and get you on the road. Run West-Coast while being trained.
What We Offer:
- Paid Training for Recent Grads
- $800/week during training for eligible new drivers
- Solo Starts: Average $1,340–$1,450 per week
- Starting pay from $0.50 CPM for qualified drivers
- Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
- Short-haul minimum pay: $100–$200, depending on miles
Additional Pay:
- Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100/day
- Salary - Paid Weekly
- Paid orientation
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
Home Time & Freight:
- Get Home: 12 days out, 2 days off
- 100% No-Touch Freight
- Mix of drop & hook and live unload
- Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
- Run Up to 12-20 Western States
- Regional routes throughout the Western states
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A
- Must be 21 years or older
- Recent CDL graduates welcome
- Minimum 3 months Experience for Sign-On Bonus
- Must meet DOT requirements
