Litigation Paralegal

Mid-sized Plaintiffs Employment Law firm is currently seeking a highly skilled, visionary Litigation Paralegal candidate for immediate hire.

Since opening our doors in 2014, we've litigated aggressively for our clients and are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to help us continue to grow and realize our mission.
Employee Justice Legal Group is headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles with satellite offices in Newport Beach and San Diego. We continue to grow and look forward to onboarding a Litigation Paralegal to support our San Diego office.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Bilingual in English/Spanish
· Case management through all stages of litigation, up to and including mediation and settlement
· Experience in filing and e-filing in State and Federal Courts
· Experience in propounding and responding to discovery
Preferences:
· Litigation experience
· Employment law background a plus
· Accustomed to a 30+ caseload

Schedule:
40-hours a week – Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Please note that this position will start out as 100% remote while we look for office space then will be converted to an in-office position once an office has been secured.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
