We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Team Member to support daily kitchen operations through efficient and consistent food preparation. This role focuses on producing high-quality ingredients that ensure the sandwich line and service team can operate quickly and effectively.
The ideal candidate is organized, works with a sense of urgency, and follows recipes exactly to maintain product consistency. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, as this position directly supports overall kitchen performance.

Prepare all menu components (chicken salad, sides, produce, and other ingredients) following standardized recipes

Ensure all items are portioned, labeled, and stored correctly

Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in all prep areas

Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use

Keep prep levels aligned with business volume to avoid shortages or waste

Communicate with managers and team members about inventory needs and prep priorities

Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment

Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred

This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.
