Join our fast paced fulfillment center team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our order fulfillment process forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring each customer receives their order accurately and on time. Responsibilities
- Package orders of fasteners for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling of boxes to load, unload, and transport inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform order packing tasks with precision to meet quality standards and shipping deadlines.
- Load feed bags up to 50lb.
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment of items weighing up to 50lb.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound/outbound shipments, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and documenting transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, organizing materials handling equipment, and following safety procedures at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory control processes is advantageous.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting and load/unload operations safely.
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for inventory counts and order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
